Showit Website Templates, Social Media Templates & Digital Products:
Licensing - May and James Company grants the customer one nonexclusive, non-transferable license. This license permits the use of the template for their own business. There is no resell of the purchased license key provide by May and James Company.
Proprietary Rights - May and James Company owns the rights to all designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks you see within the template designs. Photographs are the property of the companies mentioned in the design (Unsplash, The Vault +) and are governed under their perspective copyright licenses. 

Payments and Refunds:
We offer NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-REFUNDABLE including but not limited to ALL website templates, social media templates and digital products.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL because it is impossible to return a digital product.  

If you are not happy with your digital product, May and James company (in its sole discretion), will want to understand why the purchase did not work for you. We request you must fill out our questionnaire form, within 14-Days from date of purchase.
To request a questionnaire form please email support@mayandjamesco.com. The form will ask what the issues were and how we can improve our service.  This does not guarantee any refund on the digital product.  But we do reserve the right to understand why you are not satisfied with the product.  

Payment - You may make payment for the Services or Digital Products by way of third party payment facilitator, Stripe and Paypal. When making any payment in relation to the Service or Digital Product, you have read, understood and agreed to Stripes' or Paypals' terms and conditions which are available on their website. All prices on website are in USD.

Payment Plans & Split Pay - For purchases where you choose the 3 X payment plan option, you will be billed three separate payments.  If you choose this payment plan option, you are REQUIRED BY LAW, to completed all remaining payments.  If the payment method provided upone purchase has been declined, you must provide a new eligible payment method promptly or the digital asset will be removed from your account.
