What are your work hours?
The best time to reach us is Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM MST. May and James Company is a virtual office, email is my preferred form of contact. We do try and respond within 48 hours.

Do you offer podcast management & production services?
Yes, we only work with a limited number of podcast clients per quarter. If you are interested in these services, please send us a note through the INQUIRE form and we will review what would work best for your project.

What kind of payment plans do you offer?
We do offer payment plans for our Website Design packages. Full payments are required prior to starting project work. Payment can be made through Stripe or PayPal (includes fees). Payments can be spilt into payments prior to start date. All funds are non-refundable. All deliverables will be discuss prior to start of project work.
How do you host the website designs?
All Website design templates are required to have their own Showit subscription prior to launch. Showit plans include the power of WordPress Blogging and the creative customization of design. Email hosting is recommended through Google Gsuite or through Microsoft. Domains should be registered through your preferred company (examples, Siteground, Bluehost). WHAT DO I NEED BEFORE WE BEGIN?
Most One-Page or Template Customization projects are completed in 1–2 weeks, depending on content readiness.
Custom Design timelines vary based on project size and will be outlined during your inquiry.
HOW LONG DOES A DESIGN PROJECT TAKE?
We’ll work with you during your prep and strategy session to ensure you choose the template that best aligns with your brand vision, business goals, and future direction.
How do I know what website template to purchase?
Yes — this is one of the best ways to elevate your website and brand presence.
If you need help choosing a photographer or planning your shoot, we can provide recommendations to support you during this stage.
Do you recommend professional photography?
We don’t offer full copywriting services, but we do provide content guidance and templates to help you structure your copy.
Professional photography and final copy are your responsibility and should be prepared during your onboarding phase.
If you prefer not to DIY your copy, we have trusted copywriter partners we can recommend.
Do you provide copy and photos?
You do not need to hire a designer to update your site. This is one of the reasons we love working with Showit.
Once your website project is complete, we provide an in-depth video tutorial showing you how to make any future edits, changes, or updates confidently.
What if I want to make updates to my site when we are done?
There are many hosting platforms to choose from, but our favorite for both private and public podcasts is Hello Audio. It’s intuitive, reliable, and built for modern creators.
What is your favorite hosting platform for Audio?
Yes! We offer add-on services to enhance any package, and existing clients receive priority access.
Add-ons include additional pages, social media restyling, blog/podcast tech set-up, and more.
Can I upgrade my package later?
One-Page Websites are perfect if you need immediate clarity and credibility.
Template Customization provides a comprehensive, authority-building online presence (our most popular choice).
Custom Design is ideal fora completely tailored, elevated brand experience.
How do I know WHICH PACKAGE IS RIGHT FOR ME?
We build our websites on Showit, a flexible drag-and-drop platform that gives you full creative freedom.
If your site includes a blog, the backend runs on WordPress, but your design, hosting, and updates all remain in Showit.
